Over more than a decade working inside startups, scale-ups, and enterprise organizations, We’ve seen the same patterns repeat, across four startups (including one through IPO), Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth SMEs. I’ve been on teams where things moved quickly, broke quietly, and only became obvious once customers started churning or founders became the bottleneck.
I hold an MBA from Sydney and a Master’s degree from New York University, but my real education came from operating inside companies across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, building, fixing, and scaling customer-facing systems while growth was happening in real time.
I don’t come in with playbooks or theory. I help founders see what’s actually happening inside their business, pressure-test decisions, and build structure without slowing momentum, whether that’s clarifying customer success, preparing for a first hire, or stepping in as fractional leadership when the load gets heavy.
